The Sanalow Years is all set to go for official editing. That will begin at the end of the month.
I have a designer drawing my character portraits. One of these will be used for the cover of the new book!
The front cover art for the new poetry book: Through My Eyes has been completed. I am waiting to hear back from my chosen charity so I know they are happy for me to dedicate the first volume exclusively to them, and we'll be a step closer to publishing.
My books can be brought from Peepultree at Blakemere Village in Sandiway and Suzie K @ the secret garden in Chester.
I will be uploading a new blog post shortly.
I won the 2019 National Novel Writing Month challenge!
I wrote over 50,000 words in 14 days instead of 30. I then went on to finish my first draft of The Sanalow Years for the last 15 days of November!
I now have two prequels on paper, ready for editing. Get it!
I am honoured and so happy to announce that I have been asked to join the amazing Creator Chaos Podcast alongside Peter James Martin, Zack Brooks, Kelvin Rodrigues, and Peter Hartog!
Did you guys notice my brand new logo on the front cover? I'm thrilled with it!

Thank you to my friends who have stood by me every step of the way while I published The Child of Light.
I am flattered that so many people have already brought the book, and that I am already receiving amazing feedback about it. Enjoy it, guys! It is a series I am very proud of.
I have just been to visit my previous website to make sure everyone knows to redirect here. I found this comment from Rob in regards to my blog post: My First Official Review. Thanks so much Rob!
What I liked in this post was your honesty and mindset, as you have taken the feedback in a positive way, which we all know is tough. If you take what you now know into your next book like you said, then I would be confident you can reach a 4 or a 5 star. I also love you front cover by the way.
When was The Wayfarer's Journey written?
Between 2000-2003 while I was suffering kidney failure. The story was split into two books, the sequel being The Child of Light. Both manuscripts were filed away until 2018, when, as if by magic, a publishing opportunity became available.
When was The Wayfarer's Journey published?
November 17 2018 - A date forever locked in my memory as one of the best days of my life!
Who is the publisher?
AuthorHouse UK. One of the top 10 self-publishing houses.
When is the sequel available?
The Child of Light is out now! It was published on 16 August 2019.
Are there other books planned for the series?
Yes! I am currently working on a prequel, The War of Power, and another book about Jack Orden's backstory, which details his life in Sanalow before his adventures in The Wayfarer's Journey. I also have another story planned which will follow The Child of Light, and on my blog page you can read my "in-between stories" which give extra details on the background scenes in the main novels.
In an unexpected turn of events, the prequel about Jack's life in Sanalow overtook my work on The War of Power. It will be titled The Sanalow Years. I have an editor lined up to work on it.
Where can I buy the book?
It's for sale on AuthorHouse UK, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Waterstone's online bookstore. You can also pick up a signed copy from Peepultree at Blakemere Village, in Sandiway, and Suzie K at Ellesmere Port market & Suzie's Secret Garden in Chester. (Subject to stock availability. Contact the shops for updates on stock levels to avoid disappointment.).
The Child of Light is on sale now! Hardback, paperback, and e-book versions available. Available on Amazon.
